Refund Policy
Return Policy:
Returns for refund, credit or exchange must meet all the requirements below:
- Be received at the address below within 30 days of original ship date. (SJC does not provide return shipping labels with postage.)
- Returns must include original order identification including current contact information and a statement of your request. (RMA#s are not required for returns.)
- Must be in original, as shipped or received, condition. (Products that have been used or installed will not receive refunds, credit, or exchange.)
- Shipping charges are never eligible for refunds or credit.
- Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be logged into the card system within 72 hours of receipt. But, actual posting to your account is beyond our control and may take several additional business days.
