Micro Dot Mount for the M&P, allowing sights like the Doctor, J-Point, Fast Fire, or Delta Point to be mounted on a SJC fixed platform, requires installation of supplied bushings into frame, comes with directions and all screws and even a modified take down lever for installation, eliminates need to tune of ejection patterns or lower ejection ports.
