5.5 oz Stainless Steel Titan Compensator by SJC in .223 (5.56mm/22 cal). Titan compensators have been designed and developed with the input and testing of Grand Master Eric Lund to provide a significant competitive advantage for 3-gun competition. However, the benefits to the hunting rifle and pistol make those heavy boomers fun to shoot again. The 223/5.56 Titan Comps can be used on barrels threaded 1/2" 28 t.p.i. Additionally, we find that Titan compensators work great on calibers smaller that the advertised model. They blend smoothly into standard 0.750" barrels, but machining the comp shoulder can blend heavier profile barrels or allow installing with out the need of the include shim kit. The Titans are three gun limited and open divisions legal, and add 2 3/4" to your barrel length. The OD is 0.980".

They blend smoothly into standard 0.750" barrels, but machining the comp shoulder can blend heavier profile barrels or allow installing with out the need of a shim kit. The Titans are three gun limited and open divisions legal, and add 2 3/4" to your barrel length. The OD is 0.980". Designed with gas vectoring technology to maximize recoil control, minimize torque and shot to shot recovery time. Design traps expanding gasses in the baffles and increases dwell time for maximum efficiency possible.
SJC considers Stainless Steel versions to be our most durable comp. But, few people will ever shoot enough to see a performance reduction due to wear.
Dependant on inventory, we will include a free ½”-28 tpi or 5/8"-24 shim kit to make hand installation and indexing a breeze.

Bad Ass Product
When I first got it out of package It was to see how remarkable the machining of the TITAN is. Me being a cNc Machinist over 20 years can appreciate a QUALITY Crafted part. Also I noticed it came with shim washers. Good stuff. Took it out to the range today and noticed about a 35-40% more of a reduction in recoil when compared with a good stock Springfield Armory Saint Victor muzzle brake that was on there before. Looks great shoots very flat and my Dream build is now mostly complete

Best comp
The SJC titan comp is not only aesthetically pleasing, it’s functional & does what it was made to do! Insanely flat shooting. Allows for hardly any recoil & super flat shooting for accurate follow up shots when shooting quickly...kicks like a 22 & barks like a 308! hands down best brake/comp I have ever used. Buy it. You’ll love it.

Sjc. Titan s.s. Muzzle break
I mounted this 556 muzzle break on a custom built AR 25 PRS with an 18” barrel shooting from a bipod this gun does NOT move at all loud yes but I am so impressed with this product that all my rifles will be wearing this titan in the future
