5.5 oz Stainless Steel Titan Compensator by SJC in .223 (5.56mm/22 cal). Titan compensators have been designed and developed with the input and testing of Grand Master Eric Lund to provide a significant competitive advantage for 3-gun competition. However, the benefits to the hunting rifle and pistol make those heavy boomers fun to shoot again. The 223/5.56 Titan Comps can be used on barrels threaded 1/2" 28 t.p.i. Additionally, we find that Titan compensators work great on calibers smaller that the advertised model. They blend smoothly into standard 0.750" barrels, but machining the comp shoulder can blend heavier profile barrels or allow installing with out the need of the include shim kit. The Titans are three gun limited and open divisions legal, and add 2 3/4" to your barrel length. The OD is 0.980".

They blend smoothly into standard 0.750" barrels, but machining the comp shoulder can blend heavier profile barrels or allow installing with out the need of a shim kit. The Titans are three gun limited and open divisions legal, and add 2 3/4" to your barrel length. The OD is 0.980". Designed with gas vectoring technology to maximize recoil control, minimize torque and shot to shot recovery time. Design traps expanding gasses in the baffles and increases dwell time for maximum efficiency possible.
SJC considers Stainless Steel versions to be our most durable comp. But, few people will ever shoot enough to see a performance reduction due to wear.
Dependant on inventory, we will include a free ½”-28 tpi or 5/8"-24 shim kit to make hand installation and indexing a breeze.

Huge mitigation of recoil / Rifle stays flat and Target acquisition is consistently true & on target . "ALL" my rifles have the SJS Titan . . .They always have & They always will. The SJS titan is 1 of the more AFFORDABLE improvements one can make on their AR platform and not break the bank . . . ** Ditch the old A2 grip *** ** Ditch the useless bird cage muzzle brake ** ** Ditch that cheap Azzz charging handle ** I'd start with the SJS Titan first . . then move on the low hanging fruit to fine tune your AR 15.

SJC S/S TITAN 223/5,56, 30 CAL
This S/S comp compliments my Diamond cut S/S barrel. The 3 port design mitigates recoil and provides side blast instead of blast blowing back @ shooter. ** ** This is just my stupid observation - SJC really needs to offer the matching JAM nut instead of crush washers ** I have (8) SJC products. GR8T performance. Everybody asks me "where did you get that ? - That looks really cool".. Yes the TITAN does look cool & it is functional as well. The TITAN performance is in a class above all the rest - so not everybody will have one mounted. But remember . . my rifles are Custom Built . . NOT Mil_Spec. The TITAN works GR8T on any build - So dump the bird cage & install fully functional TITAN. . . Do it today.**** :)

Badass!!!
This thing is worth every dollar!! Everyone was asking how I got my gun to shoot so flat, very very low recoil and muzzle rise. The only complaint I have is black was not in stock.

Really works Great
This is the second different Muzzle brake I have tried. This brake eliminated 95% of the Kick!!! With indoor shooting it is Loud!! I now use double Ear protection, but it is well worth it!

SJC TITAN .30 CAL Muzzle Brake
I have over a dozen of the SJC MB . . . This one however was not really up to par . . looking inside it appears the MB had been at the test range . . . but closer inspection proved that the MB had not been properly cleaned / prepped inside . . . there was a sliver of metal protruding inside the MB from the drilling / boring of the holes . . . A stiff wire brush rammed in & out many times solved the interesting issue . . . This is "THE FIRST" I ever had an event like this . . . I'm posting this to just remind everybody - please inspect all gun parts before installing on your firearm . . . Other than that . . . SJC MB are XCLNT at litagating recoil & reducing muzzle flash . . . Highly Recommend

Titanium comp
Put it on my 10.5 inch 300 blackout. Prior I just had a flash hider, after installing the compensator it was a world of difference I wish I bought this for my 5.56

Beautiful piece. Threaded on with no problem. Just haven't had a chance to shoot yet. If it performs as well as it looks, I will be purchasing another one for my Creedmoor

SJC Titan 223
This is my second purchase of the SJC Titan 233. I have 1 (black) on my tactical competition rifle. This one is npw on my precision 223. I have used numerous comps from the JM, Coda, and a few other comps and they just did not shoot as flat for both styles - double taps to precision make up shots. This is the fastest/flattest of them all. I can't speak for the JP tank but, it has a look that does not suit me.
